Today, Sheriff Kevin Tolson of York County excitedly announced the 2019 Fall Membership Drive for the South Carolina Sheriffs’ Association is underway. Sheriff Tolson went on to explain that he is an active member of the South Carolina Sheriffs’ Association and invited the citizens of York County to join the Association as an Honorary Member.
