[ARCHIVED] YCSO Special Victims Unit Arrests a Cornelius, NC Police Officer

MUG SHOT: Erickson Douglas Lee white male, brown cropped hair, blue eyes

YORK COUNTY, SC – The York County Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit have arrested a Cornelius, NC, police officer. Erickson Douglas Lee, 25, of Charlotte, NC, turned himself in to YCSO Detectives on May 2, 2023, at the Moss Justice Center in York. Lee had previously been taken into custody on April 30th, in Charlotte, NC, due to YCSO charges, but was later released on a fugitive bond, and subsequently turned himself in to YCSO for the following outstanding charges.

Lee is charged with dissemination of obscene material to a person under the age of 18, assault and battery 1st degree, criminal sexual conduct with a minor 2nd, and 3rd degree. The alleged incidents took place in Lee’s home in Fort Mill, SC. 

The investigation is ongoing. Further charges may be pending. Lee was booked into the York County Detention Center.
