YORK COUNTY, SC – During the month of March, citizens have a chance to get information about crime statistics and trends in the areas in which they live straight from the people who watch over them. The York County Sheriff’s Office is divided into four patrol districts, York, Clover, Rock Hill, and Fort Mill. The District Commanders and other members of the YCSO will be on hand at the community meetings to answer the public’s questions. The meetings are for neighbors who live in the unincorporated areas of the York County Sheriff's Office jurisdiction. 

The meeting is open to the public on the following dates and times:

York District 1 meeting will be Friday, March 11th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moss Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room. York District Commander Lt. John Stagner will discuss crime statistics and trends from the past year spanning the York, McConnells, Sharon, and Hickory Grove areas. 

Clover District 2 meeting will be Tuesday, March 22nd from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Lake Wylie Christian Assembly located at 5766 Charlotte Hwy, Lake Wylie, SC. Clover District Commander Lt. Alex Wallace will address the quarterly crime statistics and trends for the Clover, Lake Wylie areas from December 2021 to February 2022. 

Rock Hill District 3 meeting will be Monday, March 21st from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Rock Hill District 3 Office located at 515 S. Cherry Rd. Rock Hill. Rock Hill District Commander Lt. David Frye will discuss crime statistics and trends in the Rock Hill, Lesslie, and Catawba areas in the YCSO jurisdiction as well as answer your questions.

Fort Mill District 4 meeting will be Thursday, March 17th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Four Seasons Neighborhood Club House off Gold Hill Rd. Fort Mill. District Commander Lt. Robert Wooten will present an overview of office operations and crime stats and trends for the Fort Mill area in the YCSO jurisdiction.
