YORK COUNTY, SC – York County Sheriff’s Office Captain Fred Moore completes the FBI-LEEDA (Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) Trilogy Program. To earn the Trilogy Award, individuals must successfully complete the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute, and Executive Leadership Institute.

The FBI-LEEDA Trilogy consists of three advanced leadership courses supervisor, command, and executive.  Each course is one week long in length totaling more than 100 hours of professional leadership development taught by senior law enforcement Chiefs and Sheriffs from around the United States. Topics covered include generational leadership, theories and change objectives, power and influence, transactional and transformational leadership, and the history and direction of law enforcement. When an officer completes all three classes, they receive a Trilogy Award

Captain Moore is the second in Sheriff Kevin Tolson’s command staff to complete the prestigious training. Captain Josh Solomon completed the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy in 2020. Lt. Heath Clevenger, Lt. Grady Gonzales, and Lt. Alex Wallace have also completed the Trilogy program.

FBI-LEEDA works to promote training, education and networking among police professionals across the United States. For more information about the FBI-LEEDA programs please visit https://fbileeda.org/
