ATTENTION YORK: The York County Sheriff's Office is investigating an increase in daytime burglaries in the York area.
We have had an increase in burglaries on Black Hwy., Owens Rd., Windy Hill Rd., Old Limestone Rd., and S. Paraham Rd. The burglaries have occurred between 12:00 noon and 5:00 PM, on Wednesdays & Thursdays.
Sheriff Kevin Tolson asks you to keep a look out for your neighbors & call the Sheriff’s Office if you see any suspicious people or vehicles in the area.
In addition if you could take photo of the suspicious activity with your phone or camera, that could be very helpful for investigators.
