FORT MILL, SC – York County Sheriff’s Detectives have identified four teenage suspects that are believed to be involved in the shooting of three vehicles along the Hensley Road area of Fort Mill. The original incident took place on January 4, 2014 in which Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched in reference to an unknown suspect shooting at vehicles traveling along Hensley road with a pellet rifle.

 

After a careful investigation, it is believed the four teenagers involved were using two air powered pellet rifles and one airsoft BB gun, targeting cars only for the purpose of vandalism.  It is not believed the teenagers were targeting individual people.

                                                                

The York County Sheriff’s Office is taking this situation very seriously and the teenagers are being questioned about the incident.  Formal charges are pending.
