Message From Major Hudgins

I am both humbled and honored to serve the citizens of York County as Undersheriff. It is my privilege to serve you and the members of the Sheriff's Office in this capacity and I pledge my continued service. My responsibilities include supporting the Sheriff in his duties and objectives and overseeing the daily operations of the Sheriff's Office through both the Enforcement and Detention Divisions.

The Enforcement Division focuses upon law enforcement duties and civil process duties. It is comprised of Administrative Services, Uniform and Field Services, Support Services, and Criminal Investigations. The Detention Division focuses upon inmate detention functions. It is comprised of Security Operations and Administrative Services. The men and women working in both the Enforcement and Detention Divisions are dedicated professionals committed to excellence.
