District One of the York County Sheriff’s Office includes the unincorporated areas surrounding the Cities of York, Hickory Grove, McConnells, Smyrna and Sharon. District One is the largest district and enjoys a rural lifestyle away from the more populated areas of York County.
District One has 20 uniformed deputies assigned to the area. The district office is located at the Moss Justice Center in York. Deputies work 12 hour shifts and are assigned either days or nights. Our deputies are dedicated to promoting a safe community, while preserving the quality of life that everyone enjoys.
